As a key figure in Texas real estate, Phil specializes in residential properties, land and ranches, single-family land developments, and commercial transactions.

Throughout his career, Phil has built and led several real estate companies and has deep expertise in mortgage lending, investor acquisitions, distressed properties, and asset liquidation.
